1. Information we process

To provide accounts, conversion, and payment services, we may process:

• Account data, including email, nickname, hashed password, account status, and plan expiration.
• Usage and billing data, including tool, page count, balance changes, order IDs, payment status, and transaction time.
• Security and log data, including IP address, login and request time, browser details, and server error logs.
• PDFs, images, and conversion results that you submit to the service.

2. File processing

PDF Editor and PDF to Image primarily run in your browser. PDF to Word, PDF to Excel, PDF Translator, and OCR upload files to our server and may send them to Alibaba Cloud OCR or machine translation services for processing.

Our application does not retain uploaded files as permanent records. The server and service providers may create temporary files as necessary to complete a request. Download results promptly; they may become unavailable after refresh or link expiration.

Do not upload content you are not authorized to process. Before submitting identity, medical, financial, or other sensitive records, confirm that processing is necessary and lawful.

3. How information is used

• To create accounts, verify email, maintain sessions, and reset passwords.
• To perform conversion, OCR, translation, downloads, and troubleshooting.
• To calculate balances, activate plans, confirm PayPal payments, and maintain transaction records.
• To prevent fraud, automated registration, abuse, and security threats.
• To comply with legal obligations and resolve complaints.

4. Service providers

• PayPal processes payments and sends payment status.
• Resend delivers verification, password reset, and test emails.
• Alibaba Cloud provides OCR and machine translation.

Providers process information under their own privacy policies. We use them only as needed to provide the applicable feature.

5. Cookies

We use necessary session cookies to maintain user and administrator sessions and prevent cross-site request forgery. Disabling these cookies may prevent login, payment, or conversion features from working.

6. Retention and security

Account and transaction records are kept while an account remains active and as reasonably required for legal, accounting, security, and dispute purposes. Security logs are retained for a reasonable period for troubleshooting and abuse prevention. Passwords are hashed, service credentials are encrypted at rest, and website traffic is protected with HTTPS.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. Use a strong, unique password and never disclose passwords, reset links, or API keys publicly.

7. Your choices

You can view or change certain account details from your profile. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of account information. Records required for legal, payment, security, or dispute purposes may need to be retained.

8. Changes

We may update this policy when features, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be posted on the website and apply from the effective date shown here.
