Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using PDF Kit Box, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not register, pay for, or use the service.

2. Accounts

• Provide a valid email and protect your password, verification links, and session.
• Do not mass-register, resell accounts, share accounts for abuse, or evade limits and billing.
• Actions performed through your account are treated as authorized by you. Change your password promptly if you detect misuse.
• We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts involved in fraud, attacks, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

3. Your files

You retain any rights you lawfully hold in uploaded files and results. You authorize us and required providers to process that content only to perform conversion, OCR, translation, and download services.

You must have the right to process submitted content. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or unauthorized personal information.

4. Service limitations

Results may contain errors because of file quality, fonts, layouts, languages, or provider performance. Manually review contracts, identity documents, financial, medical, or other important material before relying on a result.

Service may be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider outages, or events beyond reasonable control.

5. Prices, balances, and plans

• Prices are displayed in US dollars. Pay-as-you-go usage is deducted according to pages processed.
• Monthly and yearly plans permit unlimited eligible conversions during their term, subject to reasonable security, concurrency, and anti-abuse limits.
• PayPal processes payments, and the selected plan is activated after payment confirmation.
• Plans do not automatically renew unless the payment page expressly states that recurring billing applies.
• For duplicate charges, activation failures, or service failures, provide the account email and PayPal order ID. Refund eligibility for used digital services is determined by actual usage and applicable law.

6. Prohibited use

• Attacking, scanning, reverse engineering, bypassing checks, falsifying page counts, or disrupting the service.
• Using automation to consume excessive resources or abusing an unlimited plan beyond normal personal use.
• Creating or distributing illegal content or violating copyright, privacy, or other rights.
• Impersonation, fraud, money laundering, unauthorized payments, or other illegal conduct.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect accuracy, or identical formatting, and we are not responsible for indirect loss caused by failure to download promptly, misuse of results, or third-party outages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms when the service or applicable requirements change. Updates will be posted here. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
